September brought Crew closer to the individual: personal notes, four daily priorities, colour schemes and a week planner. Crew got public pages with videos and a privacy policy, a Missive panel turns emails into tasks, and planning notes can be edited by several people at once.

  • v5.240.0 (AVFORGE-382): a time sheet tab splits logged hours into manual, synchronised, agentic and API time.
  • v5.246.0 (AVFORGE-399): six colour schemes per person, each with a light and a dark version.
  • v5.249.0 (AVFORGE-406): Notes and Habits. A notes editor with sharing and convert-to-task, and four daily priorities after the Ivy Lee method.
  • v5.251.0 and v5.252.0: public Impressum and privacy policy, a corrected hosting statement (hosting in Germany or Switzerland, your choice; on-premise on request), feature videos and a pricing page.
  • v5.283.0 and v5.287.0: payout PDFs per employee from approved months, and a billing review with editable billable time.
  • v5.289.0 to v5.297.0: planning meetings reworked, with iteration tabs, a planner, an archive and a personal week planner (AVFORGE-494).
  • v5.327.0 to v5.341.0 (AVFORGE-513): a Missive panel finds the client of an open email, shows their tasks and turns the email into one or more tasks, attachments included.
  • v5.337.0: real-time collaborative editing with live cursors, starting with planning notes.

Focus plans today, the week and the review with up to four priorities a day. Notebook keeps notes next to projects and meetings and turns them into tasks.
