The public instance runs at Hetzner in Germany; for any client we can host in Switzerland instead. The point of the video is that hosting is a decision you make, not something decided for you on a settings page you never see. For teams that work with client data, and that now also let AI agents touch that data, the location and ownership of the data are part of the buying decision.
