What the video shows
This video shows the client portal. A client signs in and sees their own projects, not your workspace. They do not see your other clients or your internal work. That makes the portal a way to keep clients informed without a weekly status email and without handing out accounts in your main tool. The portal is part of Crew, not an add-on, so what the client sees is always the same data your team works on. The customer portal page describes what clients can do in it and how access is controlled.
