What the video shows
This video introduces Focus and Notebook, the personal tools inside Crew. Focus has three views: Today, Week and Review. You pick the few things that matter today, plan the week, and look back at what was planned and what carried over. Notebook is where notes live next to the work, so a thought written down can sit with the project it belongs to and be turned into a task in one click when it needs one. The idea behind both is the same: planning and note taking should happen in the tool where the work happens, not in a separate app that drifts away from it.
